At Lacrime Nere, every piece is handled, prepared, and shipped with intention. As a small independent label, we appreciate your patience while we ensure your order is delivered safely and accurately.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed manually and shipped directly by our studio.

Processing Time: 3–7 business days
(Business days do not include weekends or holidays.) -
During collection drops or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We ship all domestic orders via USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Lacrime Nere ships worldwide. International rates are determined to ensure reliable service and protection for both sides.

7–21 business days, depending on location.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs processes, regional carrier delays, or international transit conditions. Once a package leaves the United States, tracking updates may be less frequent.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (IMPORTANT)
All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their country.
Lacrime Nere does not cover or reimburse these charges.
If a customer declines to pay customs fees, the package may be returned or destroyed by local authorities. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the complexity and cost of cross-border logistics:
All international orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international shipments.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

packages returned or lost due to incorrect information

fees associated with re-shipping returned packages
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, Lacrime Nere is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
If an issue occurs, we encourage customers to:

file a claim with USPS/UPS, and

contact us with the claim number so we can assist where possible.
PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED RELEASES
If an item is marked as pre-order or part of a limited release, shipping timelines will be shown on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready.
