All sales are final due to the exclusive nature of Lacrime Nere garments. Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lacrimenere.com with a photo of the item. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for sizing issues only, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability — we can only provide the size you request if it is in stock.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund per the policy above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, all sales are final. International customers may only request a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchanges for sizing issues or other reasons are not available for international orders.
Please contact us at support@lacrimenere.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
